CA High School Teacher, Former Teachers’ Union President and Gay Club Advisor Caught Soliciting Underage Boy

A former teachers’ union President and gay club advisor, Roger Kavigan, was caught soliciting an underage boy after his older brother confronted the Democratic pedophile. Kavigan also teaches history in class at Foothill High School in Tustin, California. According to the “Save Our Schools, Orange County” group Kavigan was caught sending inappropriate texts and pictures to an underage boy. Parents have complained about Kavigan in the past, but school officials just blew them off.
